2025-2026 Lodge Officers

Lodge Chief – Robert “Joey” P.

Joey is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member from Troop 1 in Bridgeton, NJ. Within his Troop, Joey has served as Scribe, Den Chief, Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader, and now Historian. He has attended NYLT and NLS and has served within the Lodge as Treasurer and Vice Chief of Program. Outside of Scouting, Joey is currently serving his third consecutive term as Class President, in addition to serving as Captain of the Cross Country & Track Team. In his spare time he enjoys Model Congress, reading, writing, and running.


Vice Chief of Program – Gavin T.

Gavin is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood Member from troop 3065. He has served in various capacities of leadership throughout the scouting program such as National youth leadership training staff, council venturing president and council support president. Gavin was inducted into the order of the arrow in 2022 and sealed his brotherhood in 2023 since then Gavin had served in a multitude of positions including: elangomat, ceremonialist, culinary team, unit elections chair, membership, etc; He is excited to serve the lodge as Vice Chief of Program.


Vice Chief of Administration – Jeremy S.

Jeremy is a Life Scout and Brotherhood Member from Troop 25 in Delran, NJ. He has been patrol leader and currently serves as the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader for Troop 25. Jeremy has served Lenape Lodge previously as the Lodge Treasurer and Properties Chair, and enjoys helping customers in the Trading Post. Outside of Scouting, Jeremy also enjoys running Cross Country and wrestling.


Lodge Secretary – Alicia S.

Alicia is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood Member from Troop 2764 in Burlington, NJ. She has been involved in Scouting for six years, serving many positions in her troop including Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Scribe, and Den Chief. Alicia has served the lodge as Chair of the Communication and Technology Committee. Outside of Scouting, Alicia is pursuing a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering and enjoys tennis, reading, playing her guitar, and anything arts and crafts.


Lodge Treasurer – Robert “Tate” Z.

Tate is a Life Scout and Brotherhood Member from Troop 2055 in Crosswicks, New Jersey. Tate started his Scouting journey as a Wolf in Cub Scouts, and has been an active Scout for nine years. He currently is serving as his Troop’s Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, but in the past has held other positions including Quartermaster, Librarian, Order of the Arrow Representative, Troop Guide, and Senior Patrol Leader. Over the past year, Tate helped the Lodge by contributing as the Properties Committee Chairman, where he worked in coordination with the rest of the Finance Pillar to manage the Trading Post. At his school, Tate is a member of the Class of 2028, and is a member of the Indoor and Outdoor Track Teams, as well as a member of his Class Committee.


2025-2026 Advisers

Lodge Adviser – Mrs. Linda Estacio

Linda Estacio is a Vigil Honor member and Founder’s Award recipient of Lenape Lodge. In addition, she is the recipient of the District Award of Merit and the Silver Beaver Award. Before becoming the Lodge Adviser she served as the Treasurer Adviser for Lenape Lodge. Linda’s home unit is Troop 48 in Medford Lakes, NJ where she served for 8 years as the advancement chair. Recently she has joined Crew 65 in Haddonfield, NJ. She is also a three-bead Wood Badge graduate. Professionally, Linda is the Director of Operations for the Northeast Region Wage and Hour Division, US Department of Labor.


Associate Lodge Adviser – Mr. Dustin Tarditi

Dustin Tarditi is a Vigil Honor member and is the recipient of the Founder’s Award, Silver Beaver Award, District Award of Merit, and the Daniel Carter Beard Masonic Scouter Award. He is also a four-bead Wood Badge graduate. Dustin’s home troop is Troop 65 in Haddonfield, NJ, where he served for 4 years as the Scoutmaster, and is currently an Assistant Scoutmaster. He also serves as the Crew Advisor for Crew 65 in Haddonfield, NJ.  Previously, he has served as Council Training Chair, District Training Chair, and currently serves as Course Director for NYLT. Other previous roles in Scouting are Den Leader (Tiger-through-AOL), Assistant Cubmaster, Cubmaster, and also Committee Chair/Scoutmaster of the Council Contingent to the 2023 National Jamboree. Professionally, Dustin works in IT as a Product Expert/Technical Product Owner in Haleon (International Consumer Healthcare).


Associate Lodge Adviser – Mr. Emmanuel (Manny) Estacio

Emmanuel (Manny) Estacio is a Vigil Honor member of Lenape Lodge. Manny served as the Ceremonies Advisor for Lenape Lodge for six years before moving to his current position as Associate Lodge Advisor. He is the recipient of the District Award of Merit, the Silver Beaver Award, and the Unit Leader Award of Merit as Cubmaster of Pack 48 in Medford Lakes. He later served as Troop Chaplain for Troop 48 and Crew Adviser for Crew 48. Manny is a Wood Badge graduate with three beads and is a Vigil Honor member of the Lodge. In his professional career Manny serves as a social worker with the US Department of Veterans Affairs.


Associate Lodge Adviser – Mr. Zach Clark

Zachary Clark is excited to serve as the new Associate Lodge Advisor for Lenape Lodge. Zach has been involved with the Order of the Arrow since 2013, beginning his OA journey as the last youth inducted into Tekening Lodge before the lodge merger. His first event after his induction was the lodge merger weekend, giving him a unique connection to the beginning of Lenape Lodge’s history. As a youth, Zach served as Lodge Secretary and spent two years as Vigil Chief. He first became interested in the OA because of the older Scouts in his troop who were involved, and he quickly fell in love with the brotherhood, service, and leadership opportunities the program offered.  In his new role, Zach is looking forward to working with the youth leadership, helping them achieve their goals for the year, and preparing the next group of lodge leaders for success. He hopes to support Lenape Lodge as it works toward the national vision surrounding the new induction experience and continues to expand active membership throughout the lodge. 


Lodge Staff Adviser – Mr. Preston Irving

Preston Irving is the Staff Adviser for Lenape Lodge. Before becoming a professional Scouter, Preston was a Den Leader and Assistant Cubmaster for his son’s Pack 161 in Stoughton, Wisconsin. Once his son joined Scout Troop 164 in Stoughton, he became an Assistant Scoutmaster. Preston went through his ordeal with the Takoda Lodge in 2015 and earned Brotherhood in 2016. Preston currently serves as the Program Director for the Garden State Council.


Supreme Chief of the Fire – Mr. Patrick Linfors

Patrick Linfors is a Vigil Honor member and has served as the Scout Executive of the Garden State Council since August 2019. Prior to his service as Scout Executive, Patrick served as the Director of Field Service in the North Florida Council for five years, which followed nine years of service as a District Executive, Senior District Executive, and Field Director in the Central Florida Council. Growing up in Miami, Patrick is an Eagle Scout from Troop 314 in the South Florida Council.
