Come to an Event!

We have some awesome events that are going on different times of the year, maybe you should attend!

Spring/Fall Fellowship: Fellowship weekends are full of many fun games, challenges, and activities. They are also full of different training opportunities for everybody. Each fellowship weekend has theme, and the games and activities correspond to that theme. We are always looking for people to help plan these weekends but also people to come and enjoy them.

Holiday Bash: Our holiday bash is once a year around Christmas were the lodge gets together to have a good time together. Its full of delicious foods, holiday music, and many holiday activities. Also, some cool patches!

Lodge Banquet: The Lodge banquet is at the beginning of every year to get the lodge together to celebrate some great arrowmen in our lodge and their wonderful achievements. In addition to awards, we have a silent auction that thrives every year as more and more items are donated by people in our lodge and then auctioned off. Lastly, a wonderful meal is served by the venue catering.

Beaver Days/Service Days: If you’re all about service and helping out your community, were always looking for help during our lodge service days. These days consist of multiple different service projects at different places like local scout camps. Sometimes we also do our service by volunteering at local fairs and businesses helping our community.

Lodge BBQ: The Lodge BBQ is once a year over the summer where the lodge gets together to have a day full of fun activities, delicious food made by our wonderful culinary committee, and fun yard games.

Conclave: Conclaves are weekend-long adventures hosted by sections full of engaging learning experiences and fun activities designed to inspire Arrowmen to become better leaders within the OA. A section is a collection of lodges in a geographical region, and the conclave is the annual gathering of these lodges. The event should be on every Arrowman’s calendar regardless of where it is held. Lenape Lodge is part of Section E17 which includes 10 other lodges from PA, NJ, Puerto Rico, and the Transatlantic Council.

NOAC: The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow and is Scouting’s second-largest national event. Arrowmen from across our nation gather both in person and virtually for an inspirational and unforgettable experience full of fellowship, training, adventure, and fun!

Become a Unit Representative

The Unit Representative in Lenape Lodge serves as a key liaison between a Scout unit and the local OA lodge or chapter, promoting communication and involvement. They encourage Scouts to participate in OA events, assist with unit elections, and motivate members to complete their Ordeal or advance to Brotherhood. Additionally, the representative helps the unit stay informed about service projects and lodge activities, while attending meetings to report back to the troop. This role fosters leadership, communication, and a strong connection between the unit and the OA community.
