Over the past couple of months, there have been some major changes that have happened within Lenape Lodge and the Order of the Arrow. Of these changes, the biggest are the introduction of the New Induction Experience and the introduction of the Chapter Model into Lenape Lodge. First, the New Induction Experience is the new method for inducting members that was approved by the National Order of the Arrow Committee to standardize the induction process across the Order. There is a New Induction Experience weekend for current members to see this new induction happening on September 18-20 at Pine Hill Scout Reservation. If a member cannot make it to that weekend and wants to experience the new method, we will be running a crew of current members at the 2026 Fall Induction and the 2027 Spring Induction. On September 1, 2026, the lodge will be moving from a no-chapter model to a 4-chapter model, aligning to the districts of Garden State Council. This change is made to better prioritize fellowship and service in local areas, and to better serve the members and units within our lodge.
