2025 Summer Fellowship
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away… Arrowmen come together for Summer Fellowship. The Force of Fellowship awakens this Summer, so come on down to Pine Hill for a new hope of making friends and having fun! You’ll have a time you won’t forget at our Star Wars-themed Summer Fellowship, whether you’re new to our Order looking for alliances, an Ordeal member ready to reach brotherhood, or just an arrowman looking for some intergalactic fun. We are offering brotherhood conversion if you have been in our order for more than six months. If you’re ready to blast off, then Pine Hill Scout Reservation is the place to be this June 6th through the 8th. Register today for a fun-filled weekend that’s out of this world!
Spring Fellowship: June 6th – June 8, 2025
Specific Event Information
Check In: Summer fellowship will take place at Pine Hill Scout Reservation on June 6. Check in will take place from 5:30-7:30 at the Cub Field Pavilion. Check in for this event outside of the above hours will occur at Webster Lodge. Parents can drop off their children at Cub Field. Parents can pick up their children at Cub Field after 12:00 pm on June 8, but picking them up at any other time is requested at Cub Field but please make sure you have been properly checked out. Parking for the weekend will be at Cub Field.
There will be range and target activities offered at this event. If you wish to participate, you must print out the attached activity consent form and submit it when you check in. If you do not submit a signed activity consent form, you will not be permitted to participate in that activity.
Medical Forms: MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR MEDICAL FORMS. The lodge no longer keeps your forms on file, so you need to make sure you bring them to every lodge event, even if you are just coming for Saturday.
What to Bring: Our lodge has a packing list of stuff you should bring to any event, which is provided as a link below for you to use. For this event, you should also bring a Star Wars costume, lightsaber, or any other Star Wars items of your choice. Make sure you bring any medications you may need for the weekend, and make sure you bring it to check in to hand over to the Medical Officer for the weekend.
